Alongside his clinical career, he has undertaken consultancy and advisory roles with leading healthcare and technology organisations across the UK, Europe and North America, contributing to the development, clinical evaluation and implementation of emerging healthcare technologies, including artificial intelligence applications.

His experience bridges frontline clinical practice, healthcare technology, research and strategic consultancy, providing a practical understanding of the challenges facing modern healthcare systems. As Co-Founder and CEO of Elint Harbour Technologies, he leads the organisation's strategic direction, partnerships and healthcare innovation initiatives, with a focus on translating clinical insight and emerging technologies into sustainable solutions for healthcare organisations.

Dr Morgan Ikponmwosa is a GP Registrar with several years of clinical experience and a multidisciplinary background spanning medicine, computer science and artificial intelligence.

His expertise brings together clinical practice, software engineering and emerging technologies, with a particular interest in developing and applying technological innovation and research to address complex challenges in healthcare delivery.

As Co-Founder and CTO of Elint Harbour Technologies, he leads the organisation's technology strategy, digital product development and technical innovation, overseeing the design and development of scalable healthcare technology solutions.
